RETURN PRODUCT
If it is necessary to return a product to DfwUsedPc.com then the customer must contact DfwUsedPc.com via email sales@dfwusedpc.com within 30 days of the purchase.

When returning a product to DfwUsedPc.com the customer will pay the shipping fee. Once the product has been repaired or replaced the customer will have to pay for shipping fee back from DfwUsedPc.com to the customer.  If the product returned cannot be repaired or exchanged DfwUsedPc.com reserves the right to replace the equipment with something of equal, similar or greater value.
